- Tunisia is NOT a LIFE participating country — the Tunisian entity CANNOT be the LIFE applicant. Only EU or LIFE-associated-country entities may lead.
- Spanish EU entity must be fully incorporated and registered in the EU Funding and Tenders Portal before 22 September 2026.
- At least 45% of total project costs must come from non-LIFE sources — co-funding must be confirmed before submission.
